Cancellation Policy
The cancellation terms of each booking are always stated on the individual booking confirmation, depending on the selected offers and rates confirmed through our booking system or via the quotation received.
Cancellations made up to 21 (twenty-one) days before arrival are entitled to a full refund of the deposit, minus a fixed €1 fee for administrative and banking costs.
For cancellations between the 21st day and the 7th day before arrival, the deposit will be converted into a voucher to be used for a future stay.
No refund will be granted for cancellations made after this period. Guests who decide to depart earlier than the scheduled departure date will still be charged for the full stay originally booked.
Hotel Regulations
Check-in & Check-out

Rooms are available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival (check-in).

On the day of departure (check-out), rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.

A late check-out (no later than 5:30 p.m.) may be granted upon request and subject to availability, with an extra charge of 33% of the daily rate.

Guests leaving earlier than planned are required to pay for the remaining days of the reservation (art. 1385–1386 Civil Code).

Guests departing at night or before 8:00 a.m. must check out and settle any extras and city tax the evening prior to departure.
Minors
-
Unaccompanied minors (<18 years old) are not allowed.

Minors must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians, who are responsible for ensuring compliance with these rules and for their children’s behavior. Parents are responsible for their children’s liveliness, manners, and needs, which must not disturb the peace, safety, or hygiene of other guests.
Visitors

Entry is not permitted to persons not staying at the hotel. Visits by family or friends must be authorized by Management. Visitors are required to leave an ID document at Reception, which will be returned upon leaving the hotel.

Overnight stays by additional guests must be approved in advance by Management and will be charged according to the price list. Unauthorized persons found inside the hotel will be reported to the authorities.
Parking

The hotel offers an outdoor, unattended private parking area. The Management is not responsible for damage or theft involving vehicles.
Room Keys

Guests are kindly asked to leave their room keys at Reception (open 24/7) whenever leaving the hotel. A lost key will incur a €40 replacement fee.
Quiet Hours

Silence must be respected in the guest room areas from 9:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.
Wellness & Fitness Area
-
Use of the wellness and fitness facilities is at the guest’s own risk and subject to the wellness area regulations. Access is permitted from 16 years of age.
Prohibitions
-
It is strictly forbidden to light stoves or open flames, to smoke, or to bring food and beverages into the rooms.
Liability
-
The Management declines responsibility for injuries to adults or minors, who must always be supervised by parents/guardians.

Any damage to hotel property caused by guests or their visitors will be charged to those responsible.

The Management is not liable for damages caused by other guests, force majeure, or natural disasters.

The hotel declines responsibility for theft, loss, or damage of valuables not handed over to Management in a sealed envelope (with receipt issued).

Guests with food allergies must inform Management in advance; otherwise, the hotel declines any responsibility.

In case of power, heating, or water supply interruptions due to service providers or force majeure, the hotel accepts no liability and no refund will be granted.
Room Cleaning
-
Room and bathroom cleaning and change of bath towels are provided daily. Bed linen is changed every 3 days. Additional changes of bed or bath linen are available upon request at Reception with an extra charge.
Pets
-
Small and medium-sized pets are accepted upon prior request and confirmation by the hotel.

For hygiene reasons and in consideration of other guests, pets are allowed only in certain rooms and designated areas. They are not permitted in the breakfast room or near the pool.

The stay of pets is subject to a €10 per night fee, covering extra cleaning and sanitization.

Pets must always be kept on a leash in both indoor and outdoor hotel areas.

Guests must provide their own equipment for their pets’ comfort.

Use of hotel bed or bath linen for pets (bedding, grooming, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed on beds, chairs, sofas, or tables.

Pets must never be left alone in the room, day or night.
-
Pets must comply with national/regional vaccination and identification laws.
-
The behavior of pets must not disturb other guests; otherwise, the pet may be required to be removed from the property.

Owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Any contamination of bed or bath linen (hair, excrement, etc.) will be charged at replacement value.

Management reserves the right to terminate the stay without notice for non-compliance with these rules.
Damages

Any damages to room furnishings or common areas due to negligence will be charged at repair cost.

Repeated disregard of these rules or inappropriate behavior that harms the hotel’s harmony may result in expulsion without refund, with the Management reserving the right to claim compensation for further damages.
Acceptance of Regulations

By booking and staying at the hotel, guests fully accept these rules and their consequences. Serious breaches or disrespect towards Management or staff may result in immediate intervention by the relevant authorities.
